While I was wandering after breakfast, looking for the river–a more daunting task than you would think when you have a sense of direction like mine– I found this fantastic farmer’s market:
After wandering around in the wonderland inside and tasting some fantastic cheeses, I saw a stand that was selling food. It turned out to be cold pasta salad and rice with all sorts of goodies inside.
The pasta was fantastic, and clearly freshly made (not just freshly cooked) and the rice had the most amazing olives in it, as well as artichoke, some sort of sausage, tomato, and little pickles.
Cost: 4 euro.
